Pricing Notes

Tuition is to be paid on a monthly (September only) or per session basis at the first class of each month/session. Please see the calendar for specific tuition due dates. Parents/guardians are responsible for lesson fees, whether or not the dancer attends class. Any special circumstances should be discussed with Heather. If circumstances occur that will cause your dancer to no longer attend classes, please give one month’s notice in writing. Failing written communication, tuition will NOT be refunded. Tuition is payable to the McClanahan School of Irish Dance and is to be placed in the Payment Box located in the waiting area or mailed to the school. If paying with cash, place the cash in an envelope and indicate the student’s name and class.

Late Fees Payments received after the 15th of the month will be assessed a $10.00 late fee. Checks should be payable to: McClanahan School of Irish Dance Please be aware that in some months your dancer will have three classes and in other months five classes. Tuition does not change with these monthly variations. The sessions are grouped together so that each class receives the same amount of time. In addition, tuition is due whether or not your dancer is able to attend all classes in a month. Credit is not given for missed classes. Checks returned to us due to insufficient funds are charged a $25.00 bank fee.
